Product assortment
Update your product assortment on a regular basis and make sure that your assortment changes and is appealing in the current season.

Product title and product description
In the category view and in search results, only the first 30 characters are directly visible to customers. Therefore, the most important information should be at the beginning of the product name. In order to make your products as easy to find as possible on the marketplace and via search engines, you should also mention the most important features and always use German terms and grammar.
To encourage customers to buy, it is important that you describe your product as precisely as possible.
The best way to do this is to add the following information to the description in bullet points and clear paragraphs (appropriate to the product):
- Product Details
- Fit & Cut
- Measurements (or add a table as an image)
- Care instructions
- Special features (e.g. GOTS certification, organic cotton, Fairtrade or style, color etc.)

Optimize the shop and brand page for a well-rounded brand appearance
Make sure your shop page as well as the pages for all brands you offer are maintained with logo and texts about the shop or brand and always keep them up to date.
The banner on the brand page should be appealing and up to date. In the case of seasonal images, they should be appropriate for the time of year: a wintry banner in summer looks less appealing than a fitting summer banner.

Shipping and return conditions
Make sure your terms are competitive, this will also bring more visibility on Google Shopping compared to your competitors. We recommend setting the same conditions on all sales channels, such as your own store.
Especially for small-priced items, shipping costs play a crucial role. It can be a good option to offer free shipping for a certain period of time.
