There are two ways to pause your shop for a short time:

1. Increase delivery times:
Especially if it is a short vacation for a period of less than 4 weeks, it makes sense to increase delivery times only for a short time. This way, orders can continue to come in during your absence and you can ship them following your break. The longest delivery time you can specify is 4-6 weeks. 2. Pause your shop:
You can also pause your shop at any time. To do so, please contact us at least 3 days in advance and inform us about the reason as well as the planned vacation period. Please note that your stocks will drop to 0 when paused. These must be updated again independently by you when reactivating.

How long can I pause my shop?

We recommend not pausing your shop for longer than 1 year. If the period goes beyond that or is not foreseeable, we recommend termination.

Even in case of a cancellation of your account, a reactivation is possible without any problems and free of charge.
