It is not allowed to create several products separately, if there are different versions of the product. Our marketplace is growing and should become more friendly and clear for customers. 

It is also mandatory to select color variants for your product - even if there is only one color. This is the only way the color filter that customers can select in the category overview will take effect.

What other advantages does this have?

A large part of the sales on Avocadostore are now also generated by Google Shopping. Only by creating color variants can the product be displayed on Google Shopping.

Products with multiple variants are also better ranked by our algorithm and are therefore more visible. 

What to do?

Please always combine the same products, that are available in different versions, into variants. Please use common color names for color variants, because this is the only way for the color filters to work.
