There can be two reasons why your product is displayed as sold out:
- Your vendor account is still inactive: If our onboarding team has not yet activated your account, your products will show as sold out - even if they have already been activated.
- Your product is out of stock: If you do not have stock on file for your listing, your product will also show as sold out.
Please also note that manual adjustments in the shop backend will be overwritten by the offer import, if it is set up.
