If you have received an error message after completing the import for returns, you can check the information below for instructions on how to correct your file.
"Formatfehler: Diese Spalten fehlen: ..."
Pay attention to the spelling of the titles in the columns. It is essential that the following titles are used for the columns:
- SKU
- Menge
- Bestellnummer
Any other spelling (e.g. SkU instead of SKU) will lead to this error message. Therefore, please make sure that the titles are entered exactly as specified above.
"Fehlende Werte: ..."
Each row of the three columns has to contain a value.
"Bestellung nicht gefunden"
Make sure that you have entered the order number transmitted by Avocadostore correctly. It consists of 8 digits out of numbers and/or letters.
"Mehr Artikel zurückgeschickt als gekauft"
The indicated quantity of the item in your file does not match the ordered quantity of the stated order number. Please note that the maximum number of items for booking the return can only correspond to the actual order quantity within this order number.
"Es wurden bereits Artikel zurückgeschickt"
Confirming the return via import is only possible for orders which do not yet contain any booked returns to avoid accidental double entries.
If there are several separate returns for one order in special cases, these can be entered manually in your shop backend.
"Der Artikel kann nicht als retourniert markiert werden, da er nicht (in der angegebenen Menge) als versendet markiert ist"
The item is included in the order in the specified quantity, but has not been marked as shipped yet (in the specified quantity). Before a return can be confirmed, the item in question has to be marked as shipped first.
