The Digital Service Act is an EU law with the aim of creating a safe and responsible online environment and thus better protecting users. This includes requiring online platforms to offer an internal complaints management system. The internal complaints management system can be used for the following decisions
- Blocking or deactivating a merchant account
- Non-activation of products
- Stopping payouts
- Decision on reporting illegal content
- Deletion of reviews
Merchants can use this form to submit a complaint in accordance with the Digital Services Act (DSA).
