The time it takes for your shop to go live depends on our collaboration. Typically, you will receive feedback on your application and access to the shop backend within a week.
There are a few steps you need to complete on your end:
Provide the required information, including specific data, proof of compliance with the Packaging Act (VerpackG), and registration with Stripe.
Set up your shop and upload your products.
The time until your shop goes live also depends on how quickly you complete these steps. Once all necessary data and documents are submitted and valid, we will activate your shop immediately. After activation, it may take up to 24 hours for it to become visible to customers.
