When you become a vendor with us, you get your own access to our shop backend. Here you can set up your shop page and upload and edit products. Take a look around there in the first step.
We recommend to give your shop a personal touch. Your philosophy and business idea are interesting. In addition, the individual history of your business and certificates or sustainability criteria can be of interest. In general, a detailed introduction conveys trust and can help to encourage purchases. Texts with relevant keywords are also always good for the Google ranking of your brand and your shop.
You can edit your shop page yourself in your settings, but we have admin rights for all brand pages you create.
If you are a shop offering multiple brands, you can email us your desired material for the corresponding brand pages, which we will then deposit for you.
Currently we have no interface to other merchandise management or shop systems. This means that the data must be entered manually or exchanged via CSV file. See also: What are the import and export options?
For the product creation you have to follow our guidelines. For the images, please use our style guide. In addition, all information about the product must be complete and correct. All texts must be in German and the information about the product and sustainability must be presented transparently. Our activation team (Freischaltung) looks at all products that are uploaded or edited. We reserve the right to reject products if information is missing or the visuals do not comply with our style guide.
As soon as your shop is activated and your products are approved, our customers can buy them.
If a product is offered by several vendors, we take over the admin rights for the revision of the products. Our customers will always see the cheapest offer (incl. shipping) first at Avocadostore. All other offers are of course still displayed on the product and are also selectable for the customers.
