Some customers choose a DHL Packstation as delivery address. To do this, they enter their individual postal number and the Packstation ID to which the parcel is to be delivered.
The name, postal number, Packstation and zip code should be indicated on the parcel to ensure successful delivery.
When shipping to a Packstation, it is even more important that you enter the tracking number correctly so that customers can track their orders and collect their parcel from the Packstation in time. See also: How do customers receive the tracking information for their parcel?
Please note! This option is only available for deliveries with DHL. If you ship with another shipping service provider (e.g. UPS, DPD, etc.), you can in this case generally - without consultation - deliver to the billing address. Customers will be informed of this in the order process.
