If customers are not satisfied with their purchase, they can exercise their right of withdrawal. Customers with a profile on Avocadostore can inform you about the return by registering it in their order overview. The status of the corresponding items will then also be set to "Retoure angemeldet" (Return registered) in the shop backend.
Not all customers register a return in advance, but the return can and must still be booked by you after arrival in the warehouse.
The return arrives at your warehouse and you set the item to "Retoure angekommen" (Return arrived). Only after this command has been executed, we can refund the money. Remember to update the status as soon as you receive the return.
