In the event of a package return (undeliverable package), please book a return in the shop backend promptly after the package arrives at your warehouse. You do not need to inform us separately.
Customers can place a new order if they wish.
This is standard industry practice and how it is handled by our own warehouse as well.
The reasons why a parcel could not be delivered correctly can be very diverse and often cannot be fully explained afterwards. Therefore we shorten the process for all parties involved at this point and ask you to book a return. The commission will of course be refunded to you in this case.
