If you would like to offer an exchange, customers can return an item and indicate a request for exchange on the return form. You can send them the requested item without changing the status in the order. Please forward the new tracking to our customer service so that we can inform the customer about the current shipping information. If you are unable to fulfill the exchange request, please book the item as a return.
