You will receive an email with the details of this order. At the same time, you will find the order in the shop backend on your dashboard and under orders with the order status "Unbearbeitet" (unprocessed).
Meanwhile, your customers will receive an automatic email with the order confirmation.

Automated data exchange via CSV files allows you to export open orders. You can then set the status of incoming orders to shipped via shipment data import and mark them as returned via returns import, if necessary. Please note that open orders must always be processed within the specified delivery time.
